Shipping Details
Our goal is to get your order processed, shipped and in your hands within 7-10 business days. Some orders have arrived within 5 business days, while others have experienced delays that are beyond our control (i.e. Delays at Customs and/or shortage of the requested medication). Therefore we recommend placing orders at least two weeks before you require your medication.

Shipping costs $18.00 per order, irrespective of size, for express guaranteed delivery. There is no mark up on shipping costs - this is the amount we pay our shipping provider (EMS).

Orders are packed and shipped worldwide within 48 hours of order completion. Once dispatched, progress can be monitored over the internet via a unique tracking number

New orders require up to 3 business days for processing.

Refill orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

If your medications are backordered we will inform you within 24 hours of processing your order.

Cancellation and Refund
The Ministry of Health does not allow pharmacies to accept returns for any reason.

All sales are final.

Where a cancellation is requested by the customer and is still possible, IVFPharmacy will charge a $30 cancellation fee.

IVFPharmacy reserves the right to refuse any cancellation.

Payment Options
IVFPharmacy accepts VISA, Master Card and American Express. Be aware that American Express customers will be charged a further 2% on the overall cost of the order.
IVFPharmacy will not ship an order until payment has been received in full.

Counseling
Pharmacists at IVFPharmacy will counsel all patients on the proper use, related side effects, drug interactions, storage methods and any other issues related to each prescription.

Should the patient choose to decline counseling, IVFPharmacy can not be held liable for any harm that results from the improper use of prescribed medication.

All patients are strongly encouraged to speak to one of the many qualified pharmacists at IVFPharmacy before beginning their prescribed medication for their own safety.

Prescription Cosigning
All prescriptions will be cosigned by an Israeli licensed physician; this is to enable your order to be approved by the Health Ministry in Israel.

The cosigning physician is in no way responsible for your primary patient care and is only facilitating the order process.

Compliance with Requirements of Law
Information provided through this site will be held in strictest confidence. Use of the Site by you signifies your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of information provided by you in accordance with the following Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use this Site.

All information collected by IVF Pharmacy is maintained in a data base registered in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981. All IVFPharmacy pharmacists are licensed to practice pharmacy in Israel and are therefore required to uphold the law.

Limitation on Use, Disclosure, collection and retention of information
No use or disclosure of personal information provided to this site will be made for purpose other than those for which the information was provided, except where required by law. IVFPharmacy shall retain information as required by law, and for the purposes set out herein only. We will only collect and store information that we require to fulfill your orders or information that we need for professional reasons.
